Chemvalve Butterfly Valve

The ChemFlyer | CST is the world’s leading customizable PTFE lined butterfly valve, expertly manufactured in Switzerland for secure handling of aggressive media. Its exceptional sealing and security features make it ideal for corrosive substances, including chlorine, hydrogen fluoride, and sulfuric acid. The adaptive pressure package ensures supreme tightness and constant contact pressure throughout the valve’s operational lifetime, supported by a technologically advanced sealing system perfected over decades. Designed for low abrasion, its spherical shape reduces friction and extends lifespan, while the curved liner follows the valve disc’s natural movement to minimize wear. The rounded, polished edges of the disc lower torque requirements, enabling the use of smaller, more economical actuators. Each valve features a unique serial number for complete traceability of all pressure-bearing components. Additional options include modified PTFE for enhanced durability under high temperatures, compatibility with various actuator systems.

Xomox Lined Butterfly Valve XLD

CRANE ChemPharma Flow Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of XOMOX® XLD, a new fluoropolymer-lined process butterfly valve, to our XOMOX product offering! Among its benefits is its resistance to permeation which leads to an extension of product life and greater operator safety as it does not permit atmospheric leakage. Low torque. This results in several benefits such as smaller operators taking up less space, ease of operation and cost savings with less expensive automation packages. Live loaded stem sealing system. The benefit is atmospheric sealing integrity and no manual adjustment over the life of the valve. In addition to the XLD, we also offer our lined butterfly valve 108 LAV/WAV at PN 20.

Various Ball Valves

  • Expertly engineered in compliance with ASME 16.34 and API 608, our standard ball valves are built for reliability, safety, and long-lasting performance. Manufactured with precision wall thickness to ASME B16.34 and EN12516-3 standards, these valves are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where secure shut-off and durability are critical.

Featuring flange ends to ASME 16.5 and fire-safe design in accordance with API 607, each valve undergoes rigorous inspection and testing to API 598, EN 12266, and API 6D requirements. The precision face-to-face dimensions ensure compatibility and easy integration into existing pipeline systems.

Designed with operational safety in mind, these ball valves include a blow-out proof stem and an anti-static device between the ball, stem, and body, ensuring safe handling in hazardous environments. The pressure balance hole in the ball slot maintains system integrity under pressure changes, while the ISO 5211 mounting pad allows for easy automation and actuator installation. Fire-safe design is available for enhanced protection in critical applications.

General Butterfly Valves

Designed for efficient quarter-turn operation, our butterfly valves deliver precise flow control with a compact, lightweight profile suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Available in wafer, lug, double offset, and triple offset configurations, each valve is manufactured to stringent international standards, ensuring reliable sealing, minimal leakage, and long service life.

The wafer and lug types provide cost-effective, space-saving solutions for low to medium pressure systems, while the double offset design offers reduced seat wear and improved sealing performance in more demanding applications. For critical services requiring the highest level of sealing integrity, the triple offset butterfly valve features a metal-to-metal seal and geometry engineered to eliminate rubbing during operation, extending service life even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.

Each valve is built with robust construction, corrosion-resistant materials, and precision-machined components to ensure smooth operation and minimal torque requirements. The streamlined disc design minimizes flow resistance, while the ISO 5211 mounting pad allows for easy integration with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators.
